If you are traveling from the NORTH:

Take 294 South (Tri-State Toll way South) to route 88 (West). Shortly after entering route 88 west, you will see the exit for 22^nd Street (Cermak Road). Exit at 22^nd Street and turn left (West). Travel approximately 1-1/2 miles to the surgery center, which is located on the south side of the street.

If you are traveling from the SOUTH:

Take 294 North (Tri-State Toll way North) to route 88 (West). Shortly after entering route 88 (West), you will see the exit for 22^nd Street (Cermak Road). Exit at 22^nd Street West (left), for approximately 1-1/2 miles to the surgery center, which is located on the south side of the street.

If you are traveling from the EAST:

Take the Eisenhower Expressway West to 294 South. Take this to route 88 west. Take route 88 to the exit for 22^nd Street (Cermak Road). Take 22^nd Street west (left), for approximately 1-1/2 miles to the surgery center, which is located on the south side of the street.

 If you are traveling from the WEST:

Take route 88 to the Midwest Road exit. Proceed north to the first traffic light, which is 22^nd Street. Go left (west) about ½ mile to the surgery center which is located on the south side of the street.
